Part-time Social Community Manager
Own the day-to-day community experience across our social channels and in-person events. You'll grow engagement, create content, and keep our community feeling seen, heard, and energized.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule social content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Engage with the community daily: comments, DMs, and event feedback.
- Collaborate with hosts to highlight sessions and user stories.
- Support community events and partnerships in Berlin.
- Track engagement metrics and share weekly insights.
Requirements
- 1+ years managing social communities or creator channels.
- Strong writing skills in English; German is a plus.
- Comfortable on camera and in live community settings.
- Basic analytics literacy (reach, engagement, growth).
- Passion for games, experiences, or social platforms.
